You rent the whole house. The price depends on the size of your group and the nights you choose; babies up to 1 years don't count. You'll see your exact price straight away in the booking module.

On the Book page you can see the availability straight away and easily make a reservation. You can also get in touch with us, and together we'll look at the options.

Your booking is confirmed once you have completed it in full and received a written confirmation from us.

After the booking confirmation you pay a down payment of 30% of the rental price. The full amount must reach us no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, you pay the full amount straight away.

If you cancel, the amount you have already paid is not refunded. Up to 6 weeks before arrival that is the down payment, after that the full rental price. Please let us know as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation in writing or by email.

Your stay includes a security deposit. We refund it within 14 days after your stay, minus any damage or excessive energy use.

Yes, you book at least 2 nights.

Arrival is from 15:00, departure no later than 11:00. A later departure can be arranged.

You can park your car under our carport, on the other side of the house. Larger cars or campervans can go on the drive or on the grass. Bikes can be stored in our barn.

No, there is no charging point at the house.

No. All beds are made up when you arrive, and each guest gets a towel set with a bath towel, a hand towel and a flannel.

A dog is welcome on request, for a one-off fee. Just ask us beforehand.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is allowed in the garden and on the terrace; please clear away your cigarette ends.

We do the final cleaning, for a fixed fee. We do ask you to leave the house tidy and swept, with the dishes clean in the cupboards and the furniture back in place.

Fristerhof is group accommodation for 4 to 14 people, with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

No, unfortunately not. There are steps up to the terrace.

Yes, there is wifi in the house. There is also satellite TV, a radio and a DVD player.

Yes. There are two high chairs (Stokke), two travel cots and a cot, all included in the price. The garden is enclosed, with a trampoline and swings.

The swimming pool is open from June, weather permitting. There is also a paddling pool for the little ones.

Children and adults without a swimming certificate may only swim wearing a life jacket and under the supervision of an adult.

Yes, in consultation with us. Only a small fire is allowed, and you bring your own firewood.

Yes, you can use the washing machine for a small fee per wash.

Fristerhof is at Fristerweg 35, 47533 Kleve-Keeken, just across the Dutch–German border. The house lies in the Duffelt, close to the Millingerwaard, with Kleve and Nijmegen nearby.

Yes. There are several supermarkets nearby, such as an Albert Heijn in Millingen aan de Rijn (approx. 5 km) and several in Rindern (approx. 5 km) and Kleve (approx. 8 km). Food delivery is also available.

Gladly. On request, we give you walking and cycling routes and tell you where to hire bikes at a good price.
